Service Level Agreement (SLA) This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is to be effective as of the date indicated in the associated Order Form (“Effective Date”) between iOFFICE, LP and Affiliates (“Company”) and Customer (together the “Parties”).
In a service based service level agreement, the service level of the customer query service will be same for all customers that will be using this service.
